Common mistakes while trying to lose weight
Sometimes you feel you are doing everything right, yet still not getting results. You may actually be misguided or are doing some unsuitable workouts that are not suitable for your body.
Here are few common mistakes we should avoid:
- You assume all carbs are bad for you
Major source of energy to the body comes fromcarbohydrates, hence they are essential part of healthy diet. Complex carbs keep you ull for long periods of time because your body breaks them down slowly. Eating carbs in the form of fibers will definetly improve your digestive system.
- You believe in skipping meals
When you skip your meal your blood sugar level goes down and hencemetabolism reduces. This causes in weigt gain rapidly as you tend to satisfy your hunger more. Hence it is always advisable to eat small diet at a frequent interval throughout the day rather than skipping your meal. Also having your food on a proper interval of time is very effective.
- Avoiding all fats
Fats are of two types; healthy fat and unhealthy fat. In order to reduce weight, people cut down all their fats. A moderate amount of fat is important as it helps with sanity. You get these fats in the form of nuts,seeds,liquid oils, avocados,oily fish,soy and dairy products.
- Not having enough water
People are of habit not to drinkenough water.Drininking 4-5l of water keeps your body hydrated. It reduces the amount of hunger. Water being a natural solvent disolves all the bad fats and keeps your metabolism up.
- Stick to same pattern of workout
