Natural Ways to control Diabetes
High Blood Sugar occurs when your body is not able to transport sugar from bloods to cells and if not taken care off leads to diabetes.
In this case the body either does not produce enough insulin or the insulin is not used properly.

- Maintain Healthy Diet
Since Crabs are broken down into glucose that results in raising our blood sugar levels, you should avoid carbs intake. Instead consume adequate amount of fiber-rich food.

- Conventional Cow’s milk is dangerous and can be avoided. It triggers the immune system and leads to inflammation. Instead of Cow’s milk, prefer sheep or goat milk.
