Hypertension or high blood pressure can lead to a risk to your heart and if not taken cared, it may result in severe cardiovascular diseases.

Here are some of the natural ways to control the blood pressure

  1. Do Exercise daily

This will ensure the proper flow of blood through the body. It will help your heart to pump the blood in a normal manner and thus controls the hypertension.

Salt, Sugar and refined flour is considered as white poison if taken raw. try to avoid them as much as you can


  1. Include Potassium to your diet

Potassium helps the blood to flow smoothly and will reduce the pain and pressure on the heart


  1. Reduce Caffeine intake

Caffeine increases the blood pressure and if you are suffering from hypertension issues, try to limit your coffee intake as much as you can.


  1. Reduce extra kilos

Obesity is the reason for almost all the health related issues. Try to control your diet and do some exercises to lose your weight.


  1. Green Tea benefit

Intake sufficient amount of green tea to reduce the excessive blood pressure as it reduces the inflammation in the heart tissues.

    Rich in antioxidants, nutrients, and anti-inflammatory properties, green tea is always a healthy choice. What you can’t assume is that all green tea is created equal, therefore all tastes the same.

    The different advantages of green tea include reduction of blood pressure and helps in weight loss effectively as compared to other weight loss supplements.
