Winter skincare with Ayurveda

While we all look for winter as it is the best time for us to enjoy and party up, on the other hand it’s not the suitable time for your skin. As the temperature drops, skin becomes dry and causes lots of issues.

You must nourish and pamper your skin to regenerate to revive its lost glory.

Here are some of the winter care tips you should follow to look fabulous

  1. Use natural butter as body lotion

natural butter like shea, kokum, coconut and almond butter can help you out.

Instead you can use honey, rose, glycerin, natural cold-pressed oils like almond, apricot, jojoba and sesame as well.

 

  1. Use Bath or shower Oils

use either sesame oil of coconut oil before your morning shower to tackle dryness.

  1. Use Foot Massage Oils

massage your feet regularly to restore and balance the body. It will give soft, supple and nourished look.

  1. Regularly Opt for a head oil massage

normally use coconut oil or olive oil for head massage

  1. Use a highly moisturizing lip balm

protect your lips from drying and flaking with a non shiny and highly moisturized lip balm.
