Trip to Visakhapatnam
Visakhapatnam (Vizag); being the port city of India is the mother town where the Eastern Ghats meet the Bay of Bengal.
This city has history since the Kalinga dynasty. Southern kingdoms like Cholas and Pallavas also ruled this city. This city is the oldest shipyard of eastern coast and is popularly known as the ‘Jewel of the East Coast’.

- Submarine Museum
Smritika at Ramkrishna beach is the first of its kind in all of South Asia. You will find six guides and a curator to educate you about the complex workings f other submarine.
- Dolphin’s Nose
One of the most beloved tourist spots, situated at an altitude of 174kms derived its name from the large rock formation. You can visit the place in the evening and take the sunset view over the city and watch the ships pass by just sitting.
- Borra Caves
Situated 90kms north of Vizag, in the Ananthgiri hills, this naturally formed caves was the first discovered by British geologist William King in 1807. The cave contains karstic limestone structures. The interior of the caves are lit with 63 lamps of mercury, sodium vapor and halogen, to illuminate and amplify the Stalagmite and stalactite formation.
- Simhanchalam Temple
Dedicated to Lord Narasimha; this temple is one of its kind. Adored with various images of King Narasimha in various postures; the temple houses a beautiful stones horse-drawn chariot; elephants and flowering plants.
- Araku Valley
Breathtaking view of waterfalls and streams; this valley is situated at an altitude of range 600-900m above the sea level.
This valley is home to 17different tribal societies and several coffee plantations.
